DPG Advantage
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 28, 2026Information handled in the app
DPG Advantage stores company account details, administrator contact information, product access status, role workspace data, people or participant records added by the account administrator, scorecard activity, saved recommendation notes, generated artifact references, and billing status needed to operate the service.
Billing and payment information
Checkout, receipts, subscription management, and billing portal activity are processed through Stripe. DPG Advantage stores the access status, purchased product path, purchase history, Stripe customer reference, Stripe subscription reference when applicable, and payment status needed to confirm purchases, renewals, cancellations, receipts, and billing support. Full payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly inside DPG Advantage.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, run Role Blueprint and related DPG Advantage workflows, create and deliver work products, send verification, service, scorecard, recommendation, or billing-related emails, support billing records, protect access, troubleshoot issues, monitor system health, and improve the client experience.
Company and participant data
Company, role, candidate, collaborator, participant, scorecard, and recommendation information is treated as confidential client information. Access is limited to authorized account users and DPG support or operations team members who need it to deliver, support, improve, or secure the service.
Service providers
DPG Advantage may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, payment processing, form intake, automation, document generation, file delivery, analytics, monitoring, and customer support. These providers are used only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
Data correction, access, and removal
Account administrators may request help correcting account, billing, workspace, or participant information. When an account is cancelled or a client relationship ends, DPG may retain limited records needed for billing, legal, security, troubleshooting, backup, and business continuity purposes, while removing or limiting operational access where appropriate.
Security and retention
DPG Advantage uses access controls, server-side credential handling, protected artifact routes, and operational monitoring to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so clients should keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
